Betporo Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below. Understanding them will help you follow the rest of this document without confusion.

• "Betporo", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the Betporo platform operating at betporo.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a Betporo account or is using the Betporo platform.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on betporo.net.
• "Platform" — the Betporo website, mobile site and any associated services accessible at betporo.net.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all Betporo transactions are conducted.
• "Funds" — real money held in a player's Betporo account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — a stake placed on a sports event or casino game outcome using funds from a Betporo account.
• "PSL" — Pakistan Super League, the primary cricket competition covered by Betporo's sports betting section.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process required under Betporo's fraud prevention policies.

To open a Betporo account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betporo enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned.
• You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must register using your own accurate, complete and current personal details. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity or providing fabricated information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Betporo, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without express written permission.
• You confirm that gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable specifically to you in your jurisdiction.

During registration, Betporo collects your name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. You must ensure all details are accurate. Betporo reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age and address (KYC documentation) at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

Each individual may hold exactly one Betporo account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same details or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, Betporo will close all duplicates, void any bets or casino activity, and may forfeit associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. This means:

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact Betporo support immediately at support@betporo.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Betporo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security. All bets placed through your account — whether by you or by someone with access to your credentials — are your responsibility.

Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift or otherwise assign your account or any funds in it to another person. Betporo reserves the right to close accounts that display signs of being controlled by a party other than the registered holder.

Betporo accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card and Mastercard debit/credit card. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Betporo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your Betporo balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by banking infrastructure are outside Betporo's control.
• Betporo does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Betporo's control and are not reimbursed.
• Betporo reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment source for compliance or fraud prevention reasons without being required to disclose the specific grounds.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.

Betporo processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts; VIP Gold and Diamond tier members may have elevated limits confirmed by the VIP team.

Before processing a withdrawal, Betporo may require completion of KYC verification. This is a standard industry requirement and is not a reflection on any individual player. Documents typically requested include a CNIC copy and proof of payment method ownership. Betporo aims to process KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within a few hours of approval during operating hours.
• Betporo VIP Gold tier members receive fast-track withdrawal processing.
• Betporo VIP Diamond tier members receive near-instant withdrawal processing as a standard account benefit.
• Betporo does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets or payment methods not associated with the registered player.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met. The real money portion of the balance remains withdrawable at all times; only bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements.

Betporo regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out here as well as the specific terms stated for each individual promotion. Where there is any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

General Bonus Conditions applying to all Betporo promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and verified their account unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states it is repeatable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the specific bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus funds being removed from the account balance.
• Betporo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it may only be voided if there is evidence of abuse.
• Real money bets settle before bonus money bets. Real money winnings are credited to the real money balance; winnings from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and remain subject to wagering requirements until met.
• Betporo reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of the terms.

All sports bets at Betporo are accepted subject to the following rules. These rules apply to all markets including PSL, international cricket, football, virtual sports and all other sports covered by Betporo's trading team.

• Bets are confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation. Unconfirmed bets are not binding on Betporo.
• Betporo reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts or restrict markets for any player without being required to provide a reason.
• Minimum bet is Rs 50 on most markets. Maximum stakes vary by market and player account status.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Betporo reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error — bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time due to match events. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred — such as a wicket in cricket — will be voided.
• Where a match or event is postponed or abandoned, Betporo's settlement rules for that sport will apply. Generally, PSL matches must be completed for match result bets to stand; in-play bets may be voided depending on the stage at which play stopped.
• Betporo's decision on the settlement of any bet is final subject to the internal disputes process set out in Section 12.

All casino games available on the Betporo platform — including slots, table games, desi games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Jhandi Munda), crash games and live dealer games — are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Playtech, Ezugi and Spribe. These studios operate under their own licences and are subject to independent audits of their RNG systems and published RTP figures.

• Betporo displays RTP figures for all casino games as provided by the game studio. These figures are verified by independent testing laboratories.
• Casino game outcomes are determined entirely by the studio's certified RNG system. Betporo has no ability to influence outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure — disconnection, game crash, server error — during a casino round, the outcome will be determined by the game server logs held by the studio. Betporo cannot override or alter these logs.
• Minimum stakes for casino games start at Rs 10 per spin or hand on most slots and desi games. Live dealer tables have minimum stakes from Rs 100 as specified in the live casino lobby.
• Casino games that contribute to bonus wagering requirements do so at the contribution rate stated in the specific bonus terms. Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely — these exclusions are listed in the relevant bonus terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Betporo platform. Any player found to have engaged in these activities is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and potential referral to relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one account, in any name or combination of details.
• Identity fraud — registering using false personal information or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including matched betting across multiple accounts, gnoming, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage abuse — exploiting pricing errors or promotions in a systematic, commercial manner clearly inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering — using the Betporo platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. Betporo is required to report suspicious financial activity and will do so without notifying the account holder.
• Hacking or interference — attempting to access Betporo's systems, data or game outcomes through any unauthorised technical means.
• Abuse of staff — directing offensive, threatening or abusive communications towards Betporo's customer support team via any channel.

Betporo is committed to responsible gaming. We want our players to enjoy the platform in a way that is sustainable and does not cause harm. The following tools are available to every registered player at all times from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on your net losses. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets or you contact support to review.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum session duration. You will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily close your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account is inaccessible and you cannot be contacted with promotional material.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account. Betporo will make every effort to ensure a self-excluded player cannot reopen their account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the Betporo platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio and video content — is the property of Betporo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any Betporo content without express written permission.
• You may not use the Betporo brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without written consent.
• Casino games displayed on the Betporo platform are the intellectual property of their respective studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Playtech and others. Use of these games is governed by the terms of Betporo's licensing agreements with those studios.
• User-generated content submitted to Betporo — such as support communications — does not grant Betporo any ownership rights over that content, but Betporo may retain records of such communications for compliance purposes.

Betporo makes every effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and without interruption. However, Betporo cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures, delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control — including server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or errors originating within third-party game provider systems.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, withdrawal or account decision:

• Contact Betporo customer support at support@betporo.net within 30 days of the disputed event.
• Provide your account username, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of your concern.
• Betporo aims to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.
• Where a dispute relates to a casino game outcome, Betporo will refer to the game server logs held by the third-party studio. These logs are definitive and cannot be overridden.
• Betporo's decision following the internal review process is final for the purposes of platform policy. This does not affect any legal rights you may have.

Betporo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Minor or administrative changes may take effect immediately. The current version and its effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.

By continuing to use the Betporo platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are accepting the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

Betporo may terminate or suspend an account with immediate effect where:

• There is evidence of breach of these terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for more than 24 months and has a zero balance.
• Betporo is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Real money funds in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@betporo.net. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
